dave submitted a fantastic link about the war between The Colbert Report and Miracle Whip. It started when Miracle Whip aired a new ad campaign trying to make Miracle Whip look cool and edgy, with the taglines like "we will not tone it down" and "don't be so mayo", and Colbert responded with a...

If, like me, you missed one or more episodes from Stephen Colbert's week in Iraq, you'll love this. It's basically a highlight reel from last week, which had plenty of great moments.

Whether you've been following the whole saga or not, this is hilarious. While reporting on some story, Stephen Colbert clarified he was talking about the city of Canton, Ohio and not "crappy" Canton, Georgia. There was a news report that followed a day or two later of appalled Canton, Georgia...

Last night's Colbert Report was truly incredible. Of course, on Monday when Chris Matthews was on, he blew the fact that Hillary Clinton was going to be a surprise guest so it wasn't a surprise anymore.
But the show still had plenty of surprises, and I'd highly recommend watching the whole...

Looks like the "Colbert Bump" may have some significance after all, as both Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton are appearing on the Colbert Report this week when it's in Philadelphia. The news about Michelle Obama appearing came out a while ago, but the news about Hillary appearing this Thursday...

The Daily Show won two Peabody Awards for each of its last two Indecision coverages (2000 and 2004), and now Stephen Colbert has won one for The Colbert Report. His reaction?
"I proudly accept this award and begrudgingly forgive the Peabody Committee for taking three years to recognize...

The interview was pretty funny and you knew there wasn't enough time for them to have a reasonable argument about the innate nature of people and good vs. evil. And it was particularly amusing knowing that Colbert actually teaches Sunday school, which added a whole subtext to the discussion. Still,...

First off, this whole interview was hilarious...Stephen interviewed "friend of the show" Debra Dickerson for some perspective on all the hoopla surrounding the South Carolina primary and having to choose between voting for Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton, being a black woman (the media has been...

Last night's episode of The Colbert Report was hilarious, and I couldn't resist posting some pictures of some funny moments because he was being even more ridiculous than usual (throwing out hats, shirts, and Wriststrong bracelets to the audience, imitating every graphic that appeared on-screen,...

Stephen Colbert's Cheating Death segments have been hilarious, and I think there's been 4 so far. Apparently these clips appear on Comedy Central's Motherload website, but only for a limited time. I couldn't find the Colgate/Alli one anymore, so I've uploaded it here. That's right, it's a Cheating...

Looks like Colbert has reviewed his own upcoming book, I Am America (And So Can You!), on Amazon.com according to their bookstore blog:
The perfect Christmas gift!, April 19, 2007
I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
A powerhouse. A tour de truth.
I laughed. I cried. I lost 15...

TIME Magazine is having people vote on who the 100 most influential people are today. The list spans politics, media, etc. There's been a lot of fluctuation as a result of user votes from different large websites. Currently, Stephen Colbert appears in 4th place on the list, next to Bono and just...

Looks like Stephen Colbert is trying to become the greatest living american. As part of that, he's trying to get to be the first search engine result for that phrase. He already ranks in first for giant brass balls.
