It was exactly one week ago that Stephen Colbert interviewed Toby Keith on The Colbert Report (it was a surprisingly good interview). In the interview, they mentioned the fact that Toby Keith smoked pot on Willie Nelson's tour bus, because "it was the thing to do" when you're hanging out with Willie. Toby also talked about how the pot was hydroponically grown in tequila.

Fast forward to one week later, and Willie Nelson was cited for marijuana posession.

Willie Nelson and four others were issued misdemeanor citations for possession of illegal mushrooms and marijuana after a traffic stop Monday morning on a Louisiana highway, state police said. The citations were issued after a commercial vehicle inspection of the country music star's tour bus, state police said in a news release.

Coincidence? I think not!

Toby Keith should be ashamed of himself for flapping his gums so freely. Loose lips sink ships. Or in this case, buses.
What an idiot.

He told specifically of smoking on Willie's tour bus, and what happens? The bus gets pulled over and everyone busted. If that's a mere coincidence, I will kiss Dubya and like it.

Give me a break. The police need to stick to the real problems we have in this country - child abuse, domestic violence, crime, and the hundreds of thousands of elderly (including many vets of WWII)who die in our nursing homes, often in pain, not from their illnesses but from lack of water, malnutrition and constipation. Both Willie and Toby are productive, hard working and patriotic Americans who
contribute the gift of their artistic
brilliance to millions of people, including our military

yeah, that's total bullshit. land of the free my ass. next thing you know they'll be pulling you over for smoking cigarettes or drinking soda. get out of people's space if they aren't hurting anyone. they weren't even driving, either.
