TIME Magazine is having people vote on who the 100 most influential people are today. The list spans politics, media, etc. There's been a lot of fluctuation as a result of user votes from different large websites. Currently, Stephen Colbert appears in 4th place on the list, next to Bono and just above George W. Bush with nearly 9,300 votes:
