Amazon launched the public beta of
Amazon MP3, which lets you buy MP3 versions (and high quality - 256kbps!) of your music so there's no restrictions on how/where you can use it.
And they're beating iTunes on price, with the
top 100 songs at $0.89 and the
top 100 albums at or below $8.99.
