- No more free advertising for The Daily Show and Colbert Report (just two of Viacom's many shows) through clips posted and subsequently spread through the internet via blogs
Now that YouTube is semi-integrated with Google Video, this has implications there as well.
Actually, now that I think about it, this may have been good. I didn't realize that iFilm has every segment of every Colbert report. No more sorting through multiple user submissions!
