CNN is going to make a major change soon to their site design, as well as start providing video for free (until now you had to subscribe to their Pipeline service). The new site is significantly cleaner looking and the lighter colors make it way easier to read. It also makes better use of widescreens. Considering I use CNN pretty often, I'm happy with the change.

The one feature they really need to add, especially now that videos are free, is making them embeddable in blogs like YouTube. It looks like currently it's not even easy/possible to link directly to a specific video.

No kidding, Al-Jazeera is more balanced. In fact, I kind of like watching Al-Jazeera for it's coverage of the Middle East. It's informed and unbiased. Surprising, I know.
